Serving others helps you to be more like Jesus. As a Christian, the Holy Spirit has given you spiritual gifts to make a difference in the lives of others for His glory. Your focus should shift from how you can be served by others to how you can serve others. Your priorities change from a self-centered focus to a focus on others. The Lord doesn’t call the equipped; He equips the called. If you let Him, God will use you in a way that you could have never imagined. You will be blessed by serving.
DFBC has many opportunities for you to be the hands and feet of Jesus. From Kids Ministry to Senior Adult Ministry to serving on the Hospitality Team. God will use you in a mighty way. Consider the following options to see what might be a good fit for you. Most of our teams serve a 3 year term with the church year beginning in September.
