Director of Student Ministries
My name is Christian Carr, and I am the Director of Student Ministries here at DFBC. I am passionate about seeing students grow in their knowledge of who God is and what He has done for them. It is my great joy to lead the children, youth, and young adult ministries here at DFBC.
Me, my wife Emily, and our little prince Charles, love our little community here in Dresden. While I grew up in the Memphis area, I have now spent over a decade living in Weakley County. I love West Tennessee! I believe this is a good place to throw in a hearty, GO VOLS!!
I acquired my undergrad degree in May of 2019 from UT Martin. Go Skyhawks! I completed my M.Div at The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary in May of 2025. Go Southern! I love God’s Word and love having the opportunity to teach the full counsel of the Scripture to the students of DFBC.
